Steps
Process
Selection of Log
The first step is the selecting the finest quality of tropical hardwood timber.
Peeling & Sawing
The selected logs are processed into veneers and the remaining logs are sawn into planks.
Treatment
The veneers & planks are treated in the vaccum pressure treatment plant with chemical preservatives to deliver a borer & termite free product.
Drying & Klin seasoning
The veneers are dryed with a jet roller drying machine to maintain the required moisture content. For doors & blockboards the treated planks are seasoned in seasoning klins for 72 hours to obtain required moisture content.
Composing
The dryed core veneers are composed to form layers then it is glued with GCP (glue core protection) technology which is further pre- pressed & then hot pressed with controlled temperature and pressure to form the MAT ply, then it is calibrated to achieve even thickness .The calibrated Mat ply is hot pressed with selective face veneers then trimmed to appropriate sizes further sanded in sanding machine.
Final inspection & Branding
All products are finally tested by quality control team and then sent for branding.

Materials are dispatched from our manufacturing unit to the customers on time.
