In case the product has affected adversely due to manufacturing defect, Hollywood panels hereby promise and undertakes to replace, or repair, the affected part according to conditions mentioned here under.
Upon intimation of a customer complaint, Hollywood panels will depute its authorized representatives to the exact site/ location where the complaint was reported. In order to take the complaint forward, valid documents for ‘Proof of Purchase’ – like bills, cash memos, invoices, etc.–issued by the Company, or its authorized dealers, should be compulsorily produced by the customer. Then we take a sample from the affected section of the product and thereafter send it for examination in order to identify the cause of the defect in the product.
